Roseman Bioventures is proud to welcome Infiltrate Bio as a new resident startup. The company brings a focused approach to making personalized medicines more effective in solid tumors, one of the toughest challenges in cancer treatment. Building on foundational technology from Georgia Tech and Atlanta’s research ecosystem, Infiltrate Bio is expanding its presence to Las Vegas at Roseman’s Summerlin campus.

As one of the largest dedicated life science incubators in the Intermountain West, with supporting sponsors that include J.P. Morgan, Roseman Bioventures will provide Infiltrate Bio with access to laboratory space, research infrastructure, and a network of industry partners to accelerate development.

Personalized medicines such as CAR-T cell therapies have transformed the treatment of blood cancers. However, they have faced significant headwinds in solid tumors, which account for roughly 90% of new cancer cases, because immune cells cannot reliably reach and penetrate the tumor itself.

Infiltrate Bio is working to change that. The company has developed a biomimetic platform that predicts and enriches the immune cells most likely to infiltrate solid tumors. The approach has been published in Cell Reports, Cell Reports Methods, and Nature Reviews Bioengineering, and the company is now expanding early-access partnerships with translational researchers, biotech, and pharma.

The company’s mission is to revolutionize cancer treatments by identifying the most effective immune cells for each patient and advancing therapies for the world’s most complex diseases.

We’re excited to support what comes next.
